Policies
Ordering
Ordering can be done 24 hours a day online using our secured online transaction processing. Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm orders can also be placed with our order line 1-905-685-5594.
Racquet Stringing
All racquet prices do not include stringing or labour. Call our customer service line 1-905-685-5594 to request help in
making the best stringing selection for you. When you call you'll learn about our stringing costs and can request your racquet to be STRUNG prior to delivery.
Returns
Orders shipped to and returned from an address can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit if they meet
all of the following criteria:
- Must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return shipping must be prepaid (we recommend that you return items with proper insurance and a tracking number)
- Items that are not clearance or sale priced
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error made by Pam's Pro Shop.
- Stringing charges (materials and labour) will not be refunded on racquet orders
Pam's Pro Shop is an authorized dealer for all products found on this website. The full manufacturers warranty applies on all purchases. For details on specific warranties please email sales@pamsproshop.com. Any defective products must be returned to Pam's Pro Shop, postage prepaid for inspection. Valid warranty claims will either be replaced with the same or a similar product or given a Pam's Pro Shop credit. This decision will be made at the sole discretion of Pam's Pro Shop.
